Refund policy.

This policy explains when a refund can be requested and how requests are processed.

1. Physical products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Where approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

2. Digital products

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

If you purchased in error and have not accessed the digital content, contact us promptly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation requests

Orders can only be cancelled before fulfilment begins.

If fulfilment has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Bank processing times vary, but most refunds appear within 5-10 business days.
